1. Cancellation by Policyholder
You may cancel your policy at any time by providing written notice through one of the following methods:
  • Email to our customer service team
  • In-person at any of our branch offices
  • Through your online customer portal
Notice Period: A minimum of 7 days' notice is required before cancellation takes effect.

2. Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel your policy under the following conditions:
  • Non-payment of premium
  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • Substantial increase in risk
Notice Period: We will provide at least 7 days’ written notice via email or registered mail before cancellation.

3. Refunds
If you cancel your policy before the end of the policy term, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused premium. Refunds are calculated based on the number of days remaining in the coverage period after cancellation, minus any administrative fees where applicable.
Note: Some policies may be subject to minimum earned premium requirements or cancellation fees.

4. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
  • Policy issuance fees
  • Administrative service charges
  • Government-imposed taxes or levies
5. Reinstatement After Cancellation
If your policy is canceled and you wish to reinstate it, you may need to:
  • Submit a reinstatement request
  • Pay any outstanding premiums
  • Provide updated underwriting information
Reinstatement is not guaranteed and is subject to approval.
